1. Form a Routine

In order to wake up on time, you need to develop a routine that includes sleeping and waking up at the same time every day. 5. Take a Deep Breath

Taking a few deep breaths will send more oxygen into your lungs, enabling your brain and body to get more energy. 6. Keep Off the Snooze Button

7. Move Your Body

8. Eat and Drink Right

9. Set Your Motive

Set yourself a goal to look forward to at the end of the day. This could be something as ordinary as watching your favorite TV show or movie. By having something to look forward to, you will find it easier to get up start your day.

10. Heat Your Room

In winter, the temperature difference you feel when getting out of bed can largely prevent you from getting up.
