  1. Cut the spaghetti squash into two equal halves and remove all the seeds and strings.
  2. Take ¼ cup of water and place the spaghetti squash in it.
  3. Cover with a lid and place it in the oven for 8-10 minutes, so they will become soft. Allow them to cool.
  4. Prepare a baking pan (8 inch), cover it with non-stick spray and pre heat the oven at 400 degree.
  5. Take a bowl and remove all the spaghetti flesh.

  3. Cook the spaghetti squash so that the strings will be easily removed by using a fork, it will take about 35 minutes.
  4. Check if the hamburger is done.
  5. In the shell of spaghetti squash place some prepared hamburger mixed with spaghetti squash, add some shredded cheese and place it in oven set at 325 degree for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve fresh with salsa on top.
