One Big Batch (about 2½ Pounds Dough)

  • As per usual when making these sugar cookies without butter, be sure to pull out that trusty stand mixer.
  • In another bowl, sift the flour, sorghum and everything else together.
  • After all that, add half of the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl, processing in the vanilla followed by ¼ cup of non-dairy milk with any remaining flour mixture. Continue to mix until the dough softens.
  • Roll the dough into balls then stretch them out. Wrap separately in plastic and let decompress for an hour.
